Open Reading
A reading with no set question — “show me what I need to see” — letting the cards raise the subject.
An open reading asks no specific question. Instead of “Will I get the job?” you simply invite the cards to show you what you need to see. It's an especially good way to read when you're unsettled but can't name why, or when you want the reading to surprise you.
Open readings often land more honestly than pointed ones, because they don't steer the answer. Draw the cards, then let the images tell you what the reading turned out to be about — the subject is part of the message.
